      Thumbs down

Recently i had my first lucid dream, and before i went to bed i got this really weird sensation of like telling the future. I knew for a fact that i was going to have a lucid dream that night. does anyone else get this felling before going to bed (when you have a LD)?? Please leave comments!!!

Sorry I don't think I ever had that feeling of what sounds like precognation. Sometimes I can feel that I will have a lucid dream without inducing it, somehow I just know and 99% of the time I'm correct. But I never had the feeling you were describing, that's quite different. Im sure someone else probably has.

Are you talking about an actual physical sensation?

I can relate to what you're saying.

The night before my first LD I had such a feeling of peace
and wonder. And I was almost certain I would be having my
first LD... Everything just felt like it was leading up to it.

I don't know if it was precognition. But yeah, it was quite strange,
in a way, when I woke up and I'd actually had one.
But in a way it just seemed so certain in the hour leading up to going to sleep that it'd happen.

Wish I'd get that feeling more often

I will often say to my partner - for no particular reason - 'I'm going to have a lucid dream tonight'. And then I do. I always assume this is a kind of MILD, i.e. rather than it being precog its the affirmation that creates the LD - seems more likely, but maybe we can tell the future? I've had some experiences that seem to have no obvious explanation other than 'precognition' (not that that actually explains anything&#33
