I've been lucid dreaming for a long time, it's something that sort of happens effortlessly for me. I don't do reality checks or anything. I notice that the thing that always brings them on for me is if I wake up in the middle of the night, and I'm awake for an hour or so, when I go back to sleep I usually have lucid dreams. This happened to me last night. I hate waking up at night, but it's always nice to know that when I go back to sleep I'll probably be lucid. Does this happen to anyone else? |
