Now here's my problem with these short lived hyperrealistic DreamImages:
As soon as I become fully aware of the newly formed DreamScenes they Vanish!. As if the Moment that my attention shifts to the DreamEnviroment I was beholding lowly conscious for some time it suddenly falls appart like an illusion.
A very convincingly realistic Illusion I must say. Sometimes, without even knwowing it, I find myself all participating in this DreamEnviroment, my mind being fully occucpied with things I am doing in there. In dreams I'm always so busy. But the moment that I "Snap out of it", become aware of my enviroment and that is is a Dream; SHOOWSH! gone. I have maybe 2,5 seconds left to behold the DreamScene Consciously before it just falls appart into darkness and random, simple hypnagogia.[/b]
The key to success - in my own experiences - is to take a passive approach. Try to be aware of the imagery but don't try to actively observe it or connect with it. Hypnagogic imagery is very delicate. Rather than trying to jump on board, remain disconnected and allow it to carry you away. It's like with quantum mechanics: The act of intentional observation can spoil the subject under test.

Play the part of uninvolved stander-by and don't try to get involved. That's the best way to get involved, ironically.
