thanks alot for the replies, ok i have one more question, when ever i get up after 5-6 hours of sleep it takes me ages to get back to sleep, i'll lie there for nearly 2 hours and get nothing sometimes and my eyes start feeling really weird and i can feel them pressing against my eyelids which makes me want to open them, whats the best way to get to make my body fall asleep when trying a WBTB or a WILD? I'm out of options, should i get up earlier? what do you suggest? |
