      Question Great Ways to prolong dreams and increase Lucidity

      In an LD I had last night, my lucidity level was pretty low. I knew that spinning and hand rubbing increase lucidity so I did both at the same time and then repeated some RCs and had incredible results. Does anyone have more ways to increse lucidity. I wasn't able to make objects appear. Any Tips for either topic?

      WILD:6, DILD:27, MILD:3
      (At this point, I've completely lost count. Those are my last accurate stats.)

      i used to use 'commands', like saying 'increase lucidity!'
      they dont work as good as the others though

      I'd agree with Vall3y on the "increase lucidity" one, it may just be me but when i tried that it got really realistic, i wasn't excited but it increased the lucidity so much that i woke up, give it a shot though if your a regular lucid dreamer you can't go wrong, theres tons of stuff to try!

      To make objects appear, just expect to see them behind you and turn around.

      Intense physical movement will help increase lucidity. Jump, sprint, fly, or smash something. It's only important that you feel the sense of movement. The extra sensory input creates another point of reference to stabalize the dream.

      to make objects appear, just do them with your hands , its easy and cool
