New feeling while LDing, good or bad?

Hey guys, some of you may have read about my weird DILD the other day in one of my other posts around here somewhere. This is in the same vein as that but im slightly worried.

Last night i set myself up for a WILD, went to sleep nice and early and woke up about 5 hours later stayed up for a bit and then went back to sleep and fell into my normal relaxation exercise (1, im dreaming, 2 im dreaming so on) and after a while (i think i got to about mid 80s or 90s) i saw some light patterns on the backs of my eye lids and then a little bit later i felt like i was falling through myself into what i guessed would have been a half decent LD. Just as the falling sensation stopped i felt like i was suddenly wrenched back out of my body (like my insides were forcibly pulled out my back) and thrown away from it. It was was a rather painful exp. ( felt like someone had pulled my arms backwards past where they were supposed to go (didnt last after i woke tho)) and when i woke up i was lying up against my wall with my face down in my bed, this worries me as i have never as far as i can remember tried to WILD and changed position that crazily (i started flat on my back in the center of the bed with my hands at my sides).

Please can someone help me out with this, any explanations would be good as i dont want this to turn into a habit, i thought that last time i could chalk it up to DILDing which i dont usually do but now its stopped me WILDing im really worried and annoyed.

rofl, that made me laugh. Yeah i was totally sober when it happened as well. I have no idea how, which is why im a bit worried as it may spell the end of my LDing.

And after all of that the dream i ended up having later on wasnt that good and was in no way a LD.

Yup I am at a loss as of what to say to help you out here........... That sounds pretty violent like Casper had his way with you while you were entering a dream. Maybe you had a seizure although I don't think that would be it. Hmm... It might of been possible that you rolled over and you weren't able to breathe and so your body might of thrashed a bit to wake you up, but I can't say anything for sure as this is the first time I have heard something like this. Sorry if I wasn't much help

Sounds like a case of "old hag," which is a violent strain of SP. Clarity had an experience like this at one point.

      Are you dreaming?

Thanks for the links Silvanus350, that sounds like what it may have been, i read the other thread that Clarity started and it sounds like the same sort of thing but im not one for mantras poping into my head so i think i just rode it out and woke up.

As for the chances of it being a seizure, well i would say its probably pretty low as i dont think i have ever had one in waking life or in a dream before. I guess i will just watch for this in future and if it occurs again i will post and maybe get in touch with a Dr or someone who may have an idea of how to stop it. thanks for the help guys.
