Just don't be too certain that what you "remembered" is actually what happened, and not just a creation of your subconscious.

I wouldn't count on it. A lot of people say "you remember everything you've seen, heard, or felt - all of it!" but more skeptical people like to say most (if not all) the information you see and experience before you isn't passed on into long term memory and instead gets erased in short term.

So I'd go with no, you can't.

I've been wondering if you could do that as well. It seems like you could "search the database of you mind" if you tried, but then again, like The Wig said, there might not be proof that it really happened.

I doubt it would happen, memories get distorted over time while being conscious, your unconscious could easily change what happened. However I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm just saying I doubt it.
