      does anyone use this technique?

I basically go to sleep and when i wake in the middle of the night for a couple of seconds i dont move and i visualize myself back in the dream i just awoke from and after a fews seconds the dream absorbs me, and now im in a dream.

I like this method because theres no SP and its usually gives you the highest possible lucidity and its very vivid.

I dont think its DEILD, because in DEILD when you wake up in the middle of the night dont move, quickly enter SP and then enter the dream (basically a very quick WILD)

      Yep

I do use that kind of technique and have great results with it.

I would say it's the same thing. You don't have to experience SP when WILDing, and many people have been WILDing for a long time and don't even know what sleep paralysis feels like. Whether or not you're missing a symptom of typical dream entry, you're still performing by exiting one dream and transitioning consciously straight to another, so I would call it DEILD.
