Smile How long are your LD's and other Q's

I was wondering how long are your LD's.

What's your average time in a lucid dream?
Does time past faster when you LD's or slower?
Has anyone ever had a lucid a full night of sleep?

I remember when I had my first lucid it seemed like it lasted forever, but when I woke up 5 minutes had passed.

I had an LD last night. It was just as long as my normal dreams. I am hoping to have a super long LD eventually that will seem to last at least an hour

my average time in a lucid dream would be about 10 min. ive had some that are longer, and some that are shorter though.

time mostly goes about nomal speed. I do remember 1 lucid where time went a bit slower than normal, but not by much.

i havent ever had a full lucid night i dont even know if its possible cause of the broken up REM sleep. Perhaps if you have good enough control you can put off the NREM sleep? i dont know. I would be awesome if it is possible. Imagine time going slower than normal and full lucid night! that would be so sweet!

I have built up to longer dreams. The first were maybe minutes. TIme seems to pass even when I just nap for 5 minutes I may have a somewhat long dream. Now days (22 years practice) some dreams last 2 to 3 hours. I have had ones that seem like all night, but probably are only 2-3 hours.

      1) Dream time I say it lasts for a many hours. Real life a hour or so.

      2) Time in dreams period is distored it could seem to last much longer or shorter than it actually is.

      3) Are you asking if you had a Lucid Dream that has lasted from when you went to bed until you woke up? If so that's not possible

Brandon, here's another question for you then. In a regular sleep pattern what could be the maximum time for REM sleep to be lucid? I usually dream a lucid dream and wake up right after. Have you ever had a LD and then slip back into a regular sleep?

REM sleep usually set's in after about 4-6 hours of sleep. The REM period once it starts gradually increases in time going from 15, 30, 60 minutes, etc. Until you wake up now I am sure you know that dreams occur during the REM period and if you didn't know that now you know.

Yes I have had a LD that ended in which I went into darkness for how long in real life time I do not know ,but then entered another LD afterwards.
