      take a vivid lucid dreaming pill, I haven't tried that yet but It should work. When you take the pill you expect it to make the dream vivid, so, the dream becomes vivid.

      in real life its easier to go to walgreens to get a pill, and its harder to make them apear, in a dream its the other way around.

      The affirmations statements work well....and rubbing hands. That has taken me through some of the longest lucids I've ever experienced. But that's more prolonging than clarity.
