Set this goal as you are going to bed so you remember to stay calm once you become lucid. Then once you are lucid just slow down and try to take a few deep breaths. |

Everytime I get lucid (rare nowadays) I feel so anxious and compelled to try to do everything I wanted to do as quick as I can because I"m afraid of waking up. Ironically, this is usually what causes me to wake up. How can I relax and take my time? I always get all hyper and try to rush through it. |

Several things I use to calm down. |

Are you dreaming?
Exactly. I usually look at the details of something near, or my hands. Some people might think it's a waste of time but compared to the extended lucid time you'll get it's worth it. |

Hey there, |
|
Great advice so far. I'll have to try to do that. But it's like I get into a different mindset. I assume autosuggestion can help with that.. heh. |
