      Books on lucid dreaming?

I just found out about lucid dreaming last night and I have always been intrigued dreams so I REALLY want to try this but I need to know the best book on this first. LDing sounds like it could be the most exciting thing in my dull life, so please help. I know exactly what I want to do first.

      Hi Dawn,

Check out the tutorials section- there's a thread all about which books to read. Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming is pretty much required reading if you're seriously considering learning and participating in lucid dreaming.

      And to the forum!

Oh heck, here's the link to the books thread

Thanks. This is the first time that I can remember where I'll be willfully going to a book store.

Try the library first - could save you a few bucks.

I had a really hard time finding EWoLD. If your library and book store fails there's always the internet. (My uncle gave me my copy.)

amazon.com sells EWLD pretty cheaply. That's where I got mine.

An Lder's bible (imo) is "Exploring the world of lucid dreaming" by doctor Stephen Laberge. Dr. Laberge is a pioneer of lucid dreaming.
