I was sleeping for 3 hours max at a time, spaced evenly throughout the day with consistent artificial light always on. It's like you are always taking a nap, and always get REM rebound. I was also taking intense studio classes where I would occasionally go a day or two without any sleep.
Things get pretty strange pretty quick, especially when you start mixing in lucids. So may false wakeups, I often had trouble figuring out when I was really awake.
