I've been having dinky low level lucids these past few nights. But I'm getting closer to suceeding in WILD, I can feel it!

I'm gonna try a technique that when i used to use before almost worked every time and that was to get up in the middle of the night and go for a walk around the house, wake my mind up a bit then go to bed and repeat to myself that i will realise that i am dreaming or whatever phrase i chose. It used to work nearly every time but i haven't used it for a while.

Hope it's as as successful as it was for me before.

I forgot to use my technique last night, i woke myself up and i really couldn't be bothered to go downstairs but i was just about to but i fell asleep. Damn!

I failed to use the method again. I woke up in the middle of the night but i had to get up early so i decided not to.
