      Many LD's all at once

      How come I can go a few weeks without having an LD but then one night I'll have 3-6 in a row. It's weird

      My lucids seem to come in rhythm, too. I want to believe it has something to do with hormone cycles. *shrugs*

      Maybe on that one night you're doing something right?
      Try and think back if there's anything you remember doing differently that night, and if so then do it every night!

      well i usually LD on the weekend so i guess i get more sleep on those days but thats all i can think of

      Itcould have been something you eat or drank, or did before bed. Also lucid dreams are random so there might have been no reason.

      I have nights like that including one last night.
