      Good point, I was going to pick some up this week at the same time I got my vitamins, but I may just stick with the latter for now.

      It mentions affecting metabolism, but that's short term, it could have a greater effect down the track.

      My general rule of thumb on ingesting chemicals is to assume dangerous until proven safe. When LSD was first discovered it was a huge thing that everyone tried until they said "Oh wait! apparently it permanently damages your brain! guess we should have done a bit of research first, huh?"

      Galantamine is approved by the FDA, as well as drug administrations in many other countries, as a drug for treatment of Alzheimer's disease. So what exactly is your standard for a "safe" drug, and how do you "prove" it?
