      Question When trying to enter sleep paralysis..

      My feet and legs tangle and work it's way up to my arms and face but my limbs feel so stiff and heavy and like there's pins and needles sticking in them and when I move I lose the sensations but sometimes I can get sleep paralysis with out feeling those sensations are there other ways to enter sleep paralysis?

      The technique I use is concentrating on my breathing and heart rate and slowing it down to the rate it goes as if I was sleeping.

      well, sp is different for every person. for me, i have sort of a routine. i have two long Dream Theater song on my ipod, i play those and lay down in a cufnterable position andlisten to the songs. after a while, a heaviness gradually sets over me. when the songs are over i open my eyes and try to move. i get a sensation similar to being in cased in silly putty, its very hard to move and it feels as if there is a bunch of wheit on me. i get no "needley" sensation. but hey, im different and unique just like everybody else!
      do a reality check right now!!!

      I feel like I'm encased in cotton wool if I try to wild long enough, but I don't think that I've managed to reach SP yet; I can still move easily if I try.
