Total Control, but was I Lucid?

Last night I had a dream but I really don't know if I would consider it lucid. I don't remember ever waking up inside the dream, I just always was (keep in mind I wasn't attempting WILD) and I really never blacked out either, I returned to the dream as if i were dreaming.

The strange thing was I had internal dialogue as if I was lucid and I acted in a lucid manner. I'm starting to believe I was just having an ordinary dream about being lucid.

I had total control over my enviroment, and the things i found hard to do I did them when I concentrated on my intent. This single experience was the most control I ever had while sleeping and most likely ever will. Do I dare say for a brief moment I was almost a lucid god?

Control has nothing to do with lucidity, in fact it's not in the definition of lucid dreaming. You were lucid only if you realized that you were in a dream.

Mhm. If you knew you were dreaming, at any point (the whole time, just for a second, etc), then you were lucid. Period.

Dream control may not be in the Lucid definition, but as a matter of fact, before we invented all the techniques to obtain lucidity, we had the dream control method (how do you think we were able to fly like peter pan without being lucid?) *Dream control is your answer*...

Those individuals who have been able to control their dreams without being lucid at all had the inner knowledge of knowing they could do anything in that occasion while not knowing they were dreaming. Those people are considered to be in the right path to obtaining lucidity with much control over those who just new how to get lucid. You see, dream control is something we learn to do by experience. Those individuals who have been controlling their dreams without lucidity are more likely to obtain what they wanted and if lucidity is what they want, they'll get it. This explanation that I just stated is composed of my experience with Dream control and lastly to state that before most of us knew what lucidity was, we had already interacted with some sort of magic power in a dream state; including flying

Dream control should be like the brother or cousin of lucidity. If I was to choose Lucidity over Dream control, I'd choose Dream control and then work my way up to gain lucidity XD

I'm happy I learned dream control before lucidity because now when I gain lucidity, I won't have to waist my lucid time trying to learn how to fly cause I already knew how to do it from my Dream control experience

I'm I right ? and NeoSioType just know that you're on the right path. Before I knew anything about lucidity, I had already experienced dream control. Also, just know that if you become lucid tonight, you'll have average or greater control over your realm . Good luck and don't drop the dream soap LOL

Sometimes the less lucid you are, the more easily you can control your surroundings. It's as if the more orderly you try and make your consciousness, the less orderly your dream behaves (by orderly, I mean behaving as the awakened mind would expect).
