      What is Old Hag?

I think Old Hag has something to do with the WILD technique, correct?

      Well, what exactly is it?
You do this every fucking time.
      No sweat.
      No tears.
      No guilt.
You do this every fucking time.

Old Hag is just a name people gave to sleep paralysis when they couldn't figure out what it really was.

And sleep paralysis is what you feel while WILDing.

I believe old hag is specifically the hallucinations associated with SP.

I had that happen to me last night I was laying down, waiting to fall asleep and I think I did. Everything seemed different though nothing seemed like it. I heard a creak in my room, that sounded like somebody walking. I was like then, the person walks over to my bed and stood over me it felt like, I was facing the wall, my eyes were open too. It sounded like they said something, then my eyes shut and I went into a lucid dream.

Ya, last night i was laying in bed, and closed my eyes, tried to do the technique where you start seeing shapes, then faces, then scenes. I didn't really see anything except maybe some flashes. Then I started to feel my feet tingling then my hands.

A couple seconds later, I felt like my head was being turned by someone else, like I could feel the fingers on my head. Then it started to feel like i was losing the sense in my body, it was like my body was disappearing.

I knew this was supposed to happen and I also started to feel like I was falling. But I got out of it by moving. Then I just went to sleep.

I'm going to try it again tonight. Was this all supposed to happen? If I had stayed with it do you guys think I would have gone lucid?
