You are only lucid if you are aware that you are dreaming. So the answer to the second part is "no." |

Hi, I've been playing around with lucidity methods with WBTB. I'm not entirely sure but there seems to be 2 types of lucid dreaming from personal experience. The first one or the paradigm of what a lucid dream is..is that U become aware and concious that U are in a dream but then there is another type. The one that U get from WBTB and auto-suggestive methods or MILD. U remember to do a reality check and U act on the result of the reality check..it turns out 'positive', the watch goes crazy and U remember to fly,go somewhere..etc. But Ur not aware that Ur dreaming....Ur just acting out of instinct from all the training during waking time. So is that still lucid dreaming or just another form of dream control... |

Meh. My best lucid dreams are usually MILDs, DILDs, or HILDs. The reality checks should alert you to the fact that you are dreaming, which creates lucidity. |
