What the hell is Environment Sensory Conditioning Recognition Technique, Onus? I have to know! |

I use God technique. I can be awake and sleeping at the same time. |

Paprika: Don't you think dreams and the Internet are similar? They are both areas where the repressed conscious mind vents.
John Lennon: I believe in everything until it's disproved. So I believe in fairies, the myths, dragons. It all exists, even if it's in your mind. Who's to say that dreams and nightmares aren't as real as the here and now? Reality leaves a lot to the imagination.
Yeah, I do. Before I started keeping an actual dream journal I just typed dreams I could still remember clearly when I got home from school or just after waking up, back then I never thought about what I dreamt the moment I woke up. It was before I got into lucid dreaming. |
|
I usually do MILD, but on nights where I have the opportunity for 8+ hours of sleep I WBTB and WILD. |

It takes me a very long time to fall back asleep if I've been up for only 10 minutes, like this morning. I got up at 8 am and stayed up for 10 minutes, then tried to fall asleep again, counting "1, I'm dreaming, 2, I'm dreaming" on every inhale and exhale. It took a really long time, sometimes I just forgot when I was "chanting" in my head and just thought of something else... |

i use WBTB and WILD. The occasional DILD used to pop up every now and then, but DILD doesnt seem to come around anymore. So its just WILD. |

I generally WILD after I wake up. I lay in bed and don't move, sorta focusing on my breathing. I let my mind wander and sort of MILD/WILD into my dreams. |
