Has anyone ever wanted to just go with the flow?

Quite often I have had a lucid (DILD or WILD) where I have simply wanted to take part in the plot and scenario of the dream, because it was so damn interesting. I liked the DCs and I wanted to see what would happen. I didn't use any lucid powers even though I was 100% lucid because that would have been cheating. It is almost like acting in some kind of film.

Has anyone else ever had this? Where a dream scenario is too interesting to play god?

      very often
even if, at that point, i don't stay lucid for long.
point is, what's the purpose of lucid dreaming? fun.
so, if the dream is fun on itself, there's no reason to change it

Yeah actually I have done this a couple times. Like but now that I think about it I should have gone and did something of my own will. Just because it'd seem funner.

Hmmn. Ya, I suppose it is all about fun.

Once I spent a really long lucid chatting to all the DCs. I suppose because I didn't god-mod that made it longer.

I do it all the time. I cheat a little bit sometimes though. Like if I'm climbing a mountain I'll fly to the top to speed things up and see what I was looking for.

That can be super fun, or super frustrating. It depends how conscious you were when you made the decision!

If I choose to go with the flow, I do so by staying put, and waiting for something to happen. Usually a dream character comes, and we talk to each other. We chat and chat and chat, and not only is it great for training the memory, but it can be very interesting as well.

It's hard to go along with the plot of the dream without losing lucidity, however, unless it makes sense. Setting is easy to accept, plot not so much. (What do you mean I must scrub the ceiling with a hedgehog?)

Yes. Just making minor adjustments if needed and going more with the flow.
And experience it as a place to visit and play with reality.
