What induction technique do you use?

There are many techniques to use, which one do you use? Only one or many? Different technique for a different day?

Environment Sensory Conditioning Recognition Technique (ESCRT or Escreet - Discrete Technique). I used to just call it the O'nus technique, but that seems to be egotistical.

Ever since using this technique, I have the utmost confidence in controlling any aspect of dreaming and even sleep duration at times (circadian rhythym recognition is incidental to the technique).

      What about you..?

I rarely use any techniques, my lucid dreams come natural. However, I sometimes take the advantage of sleeping with my computer on and a little light on if I have plans to play games with my American gaming friends, because the light and sound make me sleep lighter, which increase my lucidity and dream recall.

I've never heard of that before. I basicly just say in my head: "1... I'm dreaming, 2... I'm dreaming, 3... dreaming" etc. It's almost like WILD, but it's not as effective.

Yeah, that is the first time I actually shared it.

I think what you are doing is a good starter to the WILD technique. Do you keep a dream journal..?

Yeah, I do. Before I started keeping an actual dream journal I just typed dreams I could still remember clearly when I got home from school or just after waking up, back then I never thought about what I dreamt the moment I woke up. It was before I got into lucid dreaming.

Can you PM me too about your technique?

I get SP naturally every weekend morning.

If I want to WILD I just don't fight the SP.

I only use MILD which worked really well, but I've been having a really bad dry spell and trying to do a WILD.
