im not an LD master, but i want to say something anyway |

i know this question seems broad, but how did you (LD masters) master Lucid dreaming? like when was the transition between getting them once per 1 month or so, to getting them all the time? And how long did it take you to master Lucid Dreaming from starting? I'm feeling kinda frustrated that i cant get any LDs at a faster rate. i just have them randomly, and there doesnt seem to be a pattern in it at all. |

Hey there, |
|
I've always had LDs as a child, but only like a couple of times a week, it is only once I started reading up on the techniques that I learned the patterns and now I can do about 3 WILDS most nights. |
|
to the LD masters: would you say you were happier after you learned how to LD at will, then before you could LD? |

The speed at which you start lucid dreaming regularly depends on how much you put into it. You have to think about lucid dreaming often, and as Redrivertears said, it depends on what priority you give dreams in your life. |

I've just gotten DILDS so far. I'm working on WILD though. |

You do this every fucking time.
No sweat.
No tears.
No guilt.
You do this every fucking time.

Just learning how to be very observant and being able to tell the difference between reality and false reality. Once you get there you can have lucid dreams at will even with a DILD technique since you can see dreamsigns. I'm not there yet, I usually have one every third day or so, but now I'm in a dry spell |
|
Attempted WILD again last night, but I was too tired and just wanted to crash. |

You have to get used to that, the only time that I can WILD is when I'm sooo tired that it hurts. |
|
Well, im definately not ld master. I dont even want to ld. Dont even think it is strange. |

RealityChecking, meditation, Q3 map making, cars, girls
rougext22 is full of crap. |
|
I'm kinda half way between you and rouge, yes look up techniques to help you with wilds, and screw around with the dilds until you find something that works for you. I barely do anything to to lucid dream but keep a dream journal, and about 20% of my remembered dreams are lucid. |
|
The reason I said rogue is full of crap is because he has been posting the same basic thing in his most recent posts. It's not advice. It's him telling people who have asked for advice that they don't need advice. If they didn't need advice they wouldn't be here asking for it. |
|
I have just started but my favorite so far is WILD because you can see yourself going into the dream and if you get "Night Hag'ed" then you can use that for practice not to get over-excited (maybe, i panic) I am not good at transitioning though and when I do get into a dream I will forget to RC until the end...my RC was seeing a wet rug turn dry i was a like |

No, actually remembering is the key. |

Srsly. I'm getting sick of reading Rogue's ultimately unhelpful, broken english responses to honest questions. It seems every thread I go in, hoping to learn something I may have missed about WILD, he's there, saying, in effect, "I know more than everyone here. I know more than everyone who has strived to tailor a technique to their own body and get results from it. I know the deep secrets of LD'ing and you don't." |

In dreams of unspeakable joy—of restored friendships; of revived embraces; of love which said it had never died; of faces that had vanished long ago, yet said with smiling lips that they knew nothing of the grave; of pardons implored, and granted with such bursting floods of love, that I was almost glad I had sinned—thus I passed through this wondrous twilight. —George MacDonald
My dream journal
33 LD's (22 DILD, 3 DEILD, 8 WILD) and counting.
What's the betting that roguext22 has never had an LD? |
|
He said he's NOT an LD master. And I don't blame him for his english, because mine sucks too. |

I've heard WILD is mostly a myth anyway, can anyone clear that up? |
