ITT, post your technique that has either gotten you the most reliable success, or if you haven't had many LD's yet, like me, the technique that has given you the best (i.e. clearest, longest, most lucid) lucid dream to date.
Here's mine:
I wake up 5.5 hours after going to bed, and take 8 mg Galantamind. I go back to sleep immediately after taking it and let it wake me up in 1 hour. I try to WILD, (counting on both the in and out breaths, without saying "I'm dreaming"), since I'm so awake anyway. I fail, eventually get tired, then fight to just fall asleep naturally. Always reality check every time I wake up, and wait for a DILD to happen.
