Related to this topic in a way I guess is something I have often wondered. Does sleep paralysis have anything to do with those moments in your dream when you can't seem to move? It most often happens in nightmares when I seemingly freeze from fear and cannot move a single muscle no matter how hard I try. Could this be related to the fact that the body is paralysed at that time? |

I don't know about your question Dream Seal, but I get sleep paralysis every once in a while and it can be a pretty freaky ordeal. Sometimes when it happens a can feel a presence in the room as well and also even see figures around me. I understand that this is also fairly common and is where alot of alien abduction stories arise from. |

yeah i researched the subject, and my ones are all fairly mild. Just blank and couldn't move for abit. |
