I don't think WBTB is a technique to LD, it's to helo the oher techniques the work/work better. You might think of DEILD, which is when you have a dream then wake up, go back to sleep and then have a LD. |

If they all occurred in the same REM period, I'd consider them all 1 DILD. You were lucid, you false awakened but were still lucid, and then false awakened again, retaining lucidity. Unless you actually woke up inbetween each of these lucid dreams, they are probably all from the same dream. Of course, it all depends on how you define a dream (for me, a dream can change scenes as many times as it wants, but if it's in the same REM period, it's all one dream to me). |
