I usually experience the same type of situation. I would say you need to 'ride the train' a bit more into deeper relaxation, and try not to think about what exactly you are feeling/experiencing. Instead, just feel them and observe them objectively; don't judge, don't think, just accept and welcome. |

"Still up high I'm strong enough to take these dreams and make them mine" -Scott Stapp
However, most 'scratching' sensations and urges are merely an attempt of the brain to make up some busy work for you to do. When you're attempting to stay conscious whilst ignoring sensory input, your mind feels a need to fabricate sensory input to keep a hold of reality. |

I attempted WILD last night. I woke up around 6:00 AM, and as I tried to fall asleep, I caught myself just before I fell asleep. My body was extremely relaxed. After a minute of laying there, I seen some Hypnogogic Imagery, just a small blue bird. After another minute, I felt my feet start to tingle, and seen a little more imagery. After about 3 minutes of that, I felt my whole body start to Vibrate quite a bit, and then seen a whole wall of Images, just random things, and they started to spiral and shake violently. Combined with the Vibrations I was feeling, I got a little freaked for a moment, and told myself what was happening, and after a minute of that, not passing into the dream, I grew tired of it and just Forced Myself up, and then went to sleep. |
