I think it actually hurts the WILD process for some people if you stress yourself out by trying to stay too focused. If you are using the counting method, just do it as best you can. When you realize your mind has wandered, just start paying attention again but don't worry about it. It's really only a way to keep your mind awake anyway, so thinking about other things isn't a problem unless you let your mind wander TOO far and end up falling asleep |
