I tried WILD last night, not WBTB, I knew it would be harder and dreams would be more vivid, but I just wanted to get the feel for it so I feel comfortable.

I don't really understand the focussing on counting breaths part. My mind wanders off every second, I can't control it! I mean I'm still counting, but in my mind I'm thinking of a jet plane flying by or something really random. Is that okay as long as I keep counting? Or do I have to stay completely and utterly focussed on counting.
