      Yeah. i was addressing the question to you. {sorry bad quote usage}. Maybe this could be helpful. After the interruption, you have pretty good chance to enter the state you were before in pretty a short time. So anything what happens, shouldnt interrupt you for a long time. You can get even deeper.

      If i might suggest, you should take a little pause from your attempts. Otherwise you could create a conscious block for further attempts. dont think about it for a while. Relax.

      You're right abou the pre-SP sensations (vibrations, ears ringing) being easy to get to. But getting past that is the kicker. attempting WILD is pretty exhausting. One night, I spent the whole night trying to WILD. Every time I fail, I re-attempted WILD. With repeated failures. 6 hours later, I got up exhausted and with a huge headache.

      Maybe, I need to take a break from WILD until I can successfully lucid dream regularly?
