i was reading a site about sleep and insomnia, and i remembered reading that if you pull an all-nighter your body makes up the time in REM the next time you sleep. so in theory, couldn't you pull an all-nighter and WILD the following night to get double the time in a lucid dream? i wanna hear your thoughts on this! |

I need my sleep. I need about eight hours a day, and about ten at night.

Possible, but I would keep it to at most, once every month. |

Goals:
Remember my dreams a week strait
Have more than 10 LD's in a month
Have 2 LD's on my futon instead of my bed
Actually, the body will make up missed NREM before making up REM. |
