      Can you?..

Can you guys have a lucid dream every night? Or pratically every night?

I had a few LD's and im getting back into it and I was just wondering if you can have them every night, how long did it take you to master it?

      thanks,

      -Curtis
You spend 1/3 of your life asleep, so why waste it?

I see no reason why you couldn't! As long as you are motivated enough, and have a good technique (you must already have had success with the technique several times), of course you can!

That being said, I've yet to master it. Motivation is key.

I pretty much have one every night if I get enough sleep, and do something like meditate beforehand (easier said than done though). I've been able to do this for as long as I remember, I just go through phases where I'm either too busy, or just don't care enough to try.

I think anyone can, like Abra said, finding motivation, and finding the right technique or method for you.

Exactly the same for me! When I'm motivated and working at it I can have 3+ LDs per night. But it is hard to stay that motivated all the time, especially when busy and sleep deprived.

It is possible but it takes hard work and you have to want badly to lucid dream every night and you have to find the technique that works best.

Most of my lucids are based on me having lie ins in the morning, other then that I used to get lucid like every two weeks or so but unfortunately I'm going through a dry spell at the moment
