First off, why do you want to lucid dream? We all have our reasons, what's yours? |

Ive been getting back into lucid dreaming after a long abscence following my first 3 or 4 (all of which were DILDS BTW). I dont know quite why i stopped, just got busy i guess. Anyways, im only posting this becuase I really want to know if anyone has any personal way for getting back into it after a dry spell, any personal techniques or something like that. I looked at the tutorial section but i didnt really seem much that i liked... |

We are a strange bunch... To end a dry spell, try setting your alarm to five hours after you fall asleep... You shouldn't have to do a WBTB method, just fall back to sleep... |

Well, so far as for "why do you want to lucid dream?" I cant really pinpoint a single decisive reason, so ill give a few, |

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.
Thanks for all the suggestions peoples, even if you are a strange bunch your also quite helpfull, and im beginning to try reality checking again.. going fairly well, although i cant quite do the nose thing at the moment (which is the one i like best, easy and un attention-gathering) since im sick and my nose is all plugged up anyway...pherhaps if i tried to notice the abscence of the sickness? Now that its finally the weekend i think i should be able to try a WBTB method now that i can get enough sleep (since you need 6hrs then about 1 after waking up and another 1-2 for sleeping again for a WBTB method to work with any form of success, and i rarely get 6+ hrs of sleep on weekdays...damn 5:30 wakeup time, lol) |

We're probably the only group of people on this earth that think life is more exciting when you're asleep
