Thread: Could you give me some advice, please?

The past nights i have woken up and realised that i have missed the most obvious dream signs there is. So my question too you guys is how can i learn to understand that when i see theese things i should do an RC?

Don't worry, everyone misses crazy dreamsigns all the time. If your trying to recognize certain dreamsigns in particular. You want to watch for those dreamsign during the day as much as you can. Even imagine what you will do the next time you see that dreamsign.

What I do, is stay alert to anything strange or out of place all day long. If you think about it enough through the days, eventually you will when your dreaming. And if all goes well, you will remember to do a reality check and get Lucid. Or maybe you won't even need the reality check. Just remember to have patience, it can take a while for it to carry over into your dreams.

Heheh, really, just do more Reality Checks (Which is, not just doing them, but actually questioning reality) That's just the thing you can do.

I'm still the most mindless zombie-like idiot in my dreams... Just keep at RCing and you'll begin to pay attention to those obviouses.

Do you read over your dream journal before bed? You could give that a try to remind yourself of what your dreamsigns are.

Yup, keeping doing reality checks. Think about reality checks you can do in your dreams. Hopefully that will carry over and you can become lucid

Keep a journal (I suggest on your computer or on this forum if you don't want people in your family to read through it), it will increase your recall and you'll recognize your dream signs much easier. Hope this helped.
