i don't recall ever feeling a great pain in any dreams. I get hurt, but the pain is either non-existent, or very minimal |
A pin prick, it was a needle for some reason, I was playing a game where everyone was divided into zombies and humans, humans through needles at the zombies. |
well the most painful thing in a dream i felt was an instant death off a cliff and what i felt was a severe cold sharp painin my body. |
Occasionally in a dream I'll feel this odd "stretching" pain, kind of hard to put into words. Other than that, any pain I feel in dreams is more like an "idea" of pain, for instance in one dream recently this soldier was shooting at me, and the pain of the bullets going into me was mental, like the way I would think getting shot feels. |
Definatly getting stabbed in the neck but a pike and drowning in blood (gross huh?) it was weird |
That's so odd, in the dream with the soldier it was kind of the same for me, there wasn't any real sense of malice or fear as I tried to fight him, it was more like we were playing a game. I "died" eventually, only to suddenly find myself in a hallway with some other people and we had to sneak out of this house without getting caught. I got the impression that it was like I "respawned" and so had they. We were sneaking thorugh a ktichen and this talking cat said he was going to rat us out, so I threatend him but he just kept laughing, and suddenly I became kind of lucid mentally and thought "Crap, physical threats have no weight here." The ruckus alerted the house's owner, a stern faced woman, and then I just woke up. |
for me pain is usually minimal. like last night i was getting sliced with a knife by some generic evil killer. but for me, it was the fear of getting cut again that was worse than the actual pain. this put me in a panic. |

Forget it! Nobody is going to get him! Long gone. DEVIN HESTER YOU ARE RIDICULOUS!
-Jeff Joniak after Hester's second return against St. Louis
this man is DIRTY
Getting kicked in the teeth by the homeless man, who I had just saved from being attacked by another man, ungrateful bastard. It was such a horrid feeling, even thinking about it now makes me cringe. |
I have two pretty painful experiences from lucid dreams. In one, I had sewing needles piercing one of my hands. The painful part was pulling them out. I still felt that I had to do it. |
I was attacked with a knife, stabbed in the chest once and my hands where also cut as I struggled to grab it off the attacker. It happened over a year a go. |
The only time I've felt realistic pain is in my stomach when I fall long distences, it like cramps up or something, and feels really tight. |
I wanna be the very best
Like no one ever was
To lucid dream is my real test
To control them is my cause
I have been slowly lowered into a vat of acid and could feel my skin melting off of my body and pieces falling off. It was very disgusting and extremely painful. |

~I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.~
M0rp8ix's twisted reality
I've been stabbed by swords, shot by every gun imaginable, hit with axes, bitten by snakes, cut by thorns, poked by nails, jumped in lava, and even burned by flamethrowers. Despite all of this I'd say being bitten by a snake seems to be the most painful to me, mainly because of my slight Ophiophobia (fear of snakes). Go figure. |

I couldn't remember anything like this and then it suddenly came to me... once I had this crazy dream where two of my friends and I were caught on some military base in the middle east. The soldiers started beating the shit out of us, and it all felt real. I remember waking up and just curling on my side because it had all seemed so real! |
