Thumbs down The Twin bodies technique

This is a type of WILD I need u to help me on.......

      THE TWIN BODIES TECHNIQUE

      1. Relax completely - After awakening from a dream lie on back or right side with eyes closed. Tighten and relax whole body, breathe deeply etc. Let go of other thoughts and affirm intention to enter dream state consciously.
      2. Focus on your body - Focus attention on each part of body and notice how it feels, watching for vibrations or other strange sensations. When these sensations arrive, following will be a complete paralysis of the body. You are then ready to leave the paralyzed physical body and enter the dream body.
      3. Leave your body and enter the dream - As soon as the physical body is in a profound state of sleep paralysis, you are ready to go. This paralyzed physical body has a moveable twin, called your dream body. Imagine yourself in your dream body, rolling or floating out of your physical body. Jump, crawl or fall out of bed. Sink into the floor. Fly through the ceiling. This is lucid dreaming

I can get into SP easily but what does LaBerge mean when he says "imagine you are in your dream body"? Describe it to me in more detail please.
      Thanks!

Start gradually with this technique, with your arms or legs. Try swinging the arms of your dream body back and forth, building enough momentum until you can pull the rest of your dream body free. I find it difficult to separate my torso and head, but can get the feeling of having both real arms and legs as well as my dream body at the same time.

Works especially well during Hypnagogic Imagery.

Swing Them for real or use my mind?

Because every time I try to move my real body I get out of SP.

Well, a dream body is like your spirit. Imagine you are not in your actual body. Your spirit physically climbs out of your body, if that makes more sense.
What if I told you that I am dreaming right now?
That your whole life is a lie?
That the laws of physics as you know them are incorrect?

Furthermore, what would you do if I told you I'm going to wake up as soon as you finish reading my signature?

It's been said, but just try to swing your arms in your mind, or in your imagination. Imagine them swinging and try to feel the wind going past your arms or the gravity pulling at your hands by swinging them fast.

Right when I wake up in the middle of the night, I focus on my breath and think about heading back to sleep, then I put a little bit of force into rolling over in my bed, but not enough to roll my physical body, then my dream body will start to turn and my awareness will shift from my physical body to my dream body. I know im not in SP because I will usually count my fingers as a reality check right when I wake up. You have to beleive you will be able to roll into a dream for it to work, the same way you need to be confident about dream controll while in a dream. Some times rolling out wont work for me so ill try sinking threw the bed, or using an imaginary third arm to pull my self out. This all takes about 15 seconds from the time I wake up.  I've noticed that if I try to use alot of force to get my dream body loose, it can be hard to move around once I'm in a dream. Contracting your entire mental body might help to get your dream body loose (this is what I did when I first started rolling out). Ill try to explain what I mean by this, with this example: Imagine that you are squeezing an imaginary ball, see how much force you can put into squeezing this imaginary ball with out actually moving your hand. The non-physical force that I feel is what im calling my mental body. Try contracting your entire mental body right when you wake up in the middle of the night if you are unable to get into your dream body right away, then try to roll or float out. For me this will cause vibrations, which for me feels like massive amounts of tingling. Also I use rolling out re-enter dreams I have woken up from, you can roll out many times in a row to stay in a dream.

Last night I tried this and I thought I was in SP, but I wasn't and I accidentally rolled with my physical body instead of my dream body, how embarrasing.

I don't need to do any of this. My real body just seamlessly "transforms" into my dream body, with no effort from me at all. It's really cool.

I could never roll out of my body anyway.
