Anyone know of good exercises to do, to improve LD skill

      ^^

Im looking for exercises i can do throughout the day to help me improve my overall LD skill set. Example having more control in my Lucid dreams, having lucid dreams more often; btw i dont mean reality checks etc..; i mean actual exercises that i can do.

      FYI
My overall goal is to master lucid dreaming in every way possible; to the point where i can have a LD every night. im taking baby steps to achieving that goal by narrowing it down as much as i can, and im not quitting until i achieve my goal. Im tracking my journey the best way i can.

this is something you'll have to do when actually in the lucid dream. Once you realize you're dreaming, take time to ground yourself by rubbing your hands together, spinning, or using verbal commands such as "increase lucidity" or "increase clairity" or even "woohoo I'm dreaming!!"
before actually going and doing whatever it is you like to/would like to do in a lucid dream

all I can think of is to read up on lucid dreaming as much as you can, learn as many techniques as you can, and as far as exercises, the only one i've really ever heard of is meditating or dream yoga, which you could probably find some threads about if you searched the forum

I already do those things, as soon as im lucid i rub my hands; then i spin and focus on how things around me look and how i feel when i spin.

btw im looking for something beyong that; im looking for things i can do to improve my LDs before i even lay in bed.

as far as dream control goes, i'm not sure how successful you'll be in finding techniques to use when awake. It mostly just takes practice, and you must be in a lucid dream before you can do so.

sorry i couldn't be of more help but i'm sure someone else will probably know of something you can do

I haven't tried this, but maybe you could work on your visualization skills by daydreaming? Try and make your daydreams as vivid as possible. Also maybe look at pictures, then close your eyes and change them with your imagination.

² I also think visualisation and meditation is the way to go. Dream Yoga combines meditation, visualisation and lucid dreaming.
