      Anyone found a lucid method that is 100%

      Hi everyone,

      It has probably been asked before, but I was wondering if anyone has found a LD induction technique that works for them every, or virtually every time they use it, whether it is DILD, WILD, WBTB etc. Does the technique lose its effectiveness if used over long periods.

      I've heard/seen some people on other sites say that WILD works 100% for them.

      Unfortunately, there is (at least still) not a technique that works 100% for everyone. It's all about finding out what technique(s) that work for you.

      Only if a technique is built on belief alone (placebos) should it decline. A good, steady, thorough technique should show a general increase (with little episodes of decrease), and then a plateau. Just make sure you're working with a good, strong technique. In the end, you must be consistent with said technique.

      I had my first WILD mid last week and I have had one or two every other day since then. This isnt 100% but I am happy with the results
      LD's = 84
      WILD's = 22

      You can use SILD Many people say it works AT LEAST 50% of the time. And You barely have do do anything!
