well, i am a natural and the only thing that separates the naturals from the non-natural lucid dreamers,i thought,is that we just had lucid dreams like normal dreams.i didn't think you could learn to be a natural because you would have had to learn it. i'm not sure what you're asking but the way i have lucid dreams is that i think of what i want to dream about before i fall asleep and i fall asleep thinking of it knowing i will be dreaming soon.another way i become lucid in my dreams is i will see something that wouldn't happen or couldn't be there in real life so i am like wtf? oh its a dream. i have no idea what any of the techniques are to make someone lucid dream so i can't help you there. |

I'd like to think they are naturals due to some genetic wiring, causing certain chemicals to be released and connections to be made in the later REM periods instead of when truly waking. If this is the case, it would explain why naturals don't have lucid dreams as often in their first REM periods. The definition of natural means you can't learn how to be a natural. You can get the frequency of a natural, though. |

Only about 5% of my dreams are ever natural, but they happen here and there, usually when I am sick. Maybe it is a way of my subconscious "releasing" me from whatever it is momentarily. I don't know. |

Does anyone else find it incredibly odd that out of ALL of the possible creatures on this earth, that most furries are either lupine, vulpine, or feline?
I think the more you practice the techniques, the easier or more "natural" it will be for you to attain lucidity. |
