actually i think aL made the right decision. using this method, those browsing the forum for articles they are interested in--and not reading everything--will find this better. otherwise the topic would probably have been something obscure like "dream questions" and would have provided little insight as to the content.

As the others suggested, the other sleep stages are there for a reason. Enjoy them.
