I have been having a few Lucid dreams recently. I've had about three that I can remember, and in two of them I didn't know what a lucid dream was. I thought that I died or something horrible because I was concious in my dreams (I was really confused and scared) so I started panicking and I woke up. So I decided to google it, and I found out that it actually isn't something bad but its something good. Now I'm going to try to get back into lucidity. I read about it and it said that making a dream journal is one of the things that I should do to try and become lucid in my dreams. Is there any other tips that I can use to become lucid in my dreams? I'm actually really excited right now that being conscious and being able to change your dreams is possible. I always thought that it was something you'd see in a cartoon or something. |
