ok so ive been LDin(lol) for a wile and one night i came up with the strangest idea. I decided to try and move my phisical body w/o wakin up from my dream. So far i have been able to move my head and my hands. And to make shure i wasnt just trippin i place a camera at the side of my bed to record my sleep. My next expernment will be to see if i can sit up in bed w/o waking. Has any one ever heard of this or experinced it? if so reply plz

Can't be, sleep paralysis is what prevents us from doing that. Now, certain techniques can be used to prevent SP, but that is somewhat difficult. I am not an expert on the subject.

Not as a technique but I has done it, tough I use it to wake up someone when I can't wake up myself... so they can wake me lol

I dont think SP works as well with everyone. What about sleepwalkers. Very interesting.

Very interesting. yeah like how sometimes when i dream im running or kicking and i wake myself up by kicking the wall next to my bed in real life

to make my real body move i take the part i wanna move and keep it busy in the dream like in the last exp i picked up my psp in the dream and in the real world i moved my hands to scrach my face i didnt just come up with the idea one day i kinda figgered it out accidently so i dont know if everyone can do it or if it is just me and i really have no clue how to go about instructing someone else how to do it eather

Wow, this is awesome . . . I've always wanted to talk in my sleep, you should try that at some point. i have had to use this tech to wake myself up actually had to yell for a friend to come poor water on my face because i could not stop dreaming and i couldnt wake up. it was kinda creepy

to tell you the truth i really dont know how i did it i just realize that my body was there the kinda forced the words to come out of my real body and not my dream self. when moving or talking in my sleep in feel like im one mind controling two bodys its quite and experince i sugest any one who wants a new insaine feeling to try this out. you just have to make urself aware that ur in control of two bodies
