To be honest, I'd prefer to lucid dream. The feeling... it's so much more than a million bucks. |
Would you rather have £1 million or the ability to Lucid dream everynight guaranteed? |
To be honest, I'd prefer to lucid dream. The feeling... it's so much more than a million bucks. |
no question!!! ^^ of course LD. LD has no limit, money has! |
LD goals:
- fire- [*DONE*], water-, earth- and airbending
- running up a skyscrapper
- flying
LDs total: (some in my childhood, but) 3
"Will it to happen and it will happen!"
Very difficult question. A million pounds is like two million American dollars though, right? I think I'd take the money, because you can train yourself to lucid dream faster than you can make two million bucks. |
I take the money because i already have the lds. |
I'd choose the LD's. |

"I feel my heart glow
with enthusiasm which elevates me to heaven; for nothing contributes so much to tranquillise the mind as a steady purpose--a point
on which the soul may fix its intellectual eye." -
Victor Frankenstein
Thats tough. Probibly the money because I can LD pretty often already. |
Of course the money, I already LD every night. |
This is hard, but lucid. |
To clarify, does taking the money mean that I can never lucid dream? |
id take the money so i never have to work AGAIN |
the option for choosing £1 million should come with the clause never to lucid dream again. |
I'd take the one million... 90% of my stress would be gone and I would have more time to lucid dream... |
Lucid Dreaming. I can spend the money, but I'll be dead before the LD part runs out. |
Money. I could invest in new dream technologies that I normally wouldn't, such as masks and brainwave stimulators. Hellz yea, son. |
By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.
Call me shallow, but its the money every time |
DILD = 9
WILD = 0
'If you are not living on the edge, you are probably taking up too much room!'
Body Clock Experiment...
Hmm... As much as I would like the money, I'd go with the LDing. |
"Death is lighter than a feather, duty heavier than a mountain." The Wheel of Time series.
Total LDs: 9
DILDs: 9
Ld'ing definatly |
If you aren't remembered then you never existed - Serial Experiments Lain
That's really tough. On one hand I think I could really use the money, but I don't think I'd know what to do with it. I think I'd just take the LDing if they were really good ones, for more than just a couple of minutes. |
LD for sure, money cant produce the kind of things your dreams can xD |
The money. With a million pounds I could buy a house in Edinburgh for my friends, rent it to them for fourty pounds a week plus bills and tax, and live on fourty a week. That would solve all of my immediate problems. |

"Everything is beautiful"
tricky one indeed. of course who wouldn't love to see all their "earthly" problems solved? i really dunno, i mean, i love lucid dreaming, several times a week, really sweet, but getting rid of problems that gives you angst and freaks you out everyday is also maybe a solution. no depression, no forced thoughts, a healthy mind, makes it easier for you to work when your mind is lighter and then you got all the time to practise, and your work never gets spoiled by your shity environnement or by your everyday fears. for me it's a bit like asking "would you prefer to keep doing every single day what you are already doing on a weekly base? or do you prefer to get all the weight of what worries and bothers you lifted from your shoulder for a lifetime??" its maybe stupid, but it seems that if you take one you can maybe get both. |
it's a really hard decision. I would want to pick LD, but it just seems kind of selfish and irresponsible to me (no offence meant to anyone) because think of all the things you could do with 2 million dollars. I could pay off my parents' debt (sp?) so they wouldn't have to worry so much about it anymore and they would stop fighting so much. Then we could finally move out of this crappy town and go somewhere where my mom would be happy. If I was smart about how I used it, I could make a REAL impact on the waking world. I would really miss the LDs I sacrificed, but it just seems like changing the real world is so much more important than laying in my bed all day doing nothing productive. that's not to say I wouldn't LOVE doing that for my whole life, but to me there are way more important things than just one person's (my) experience. |
