      hey stephanie, well that there seems like sleep paralysis to me. Seems as though you must have had some hynopogic (sp?) imagery, if you had stayed conscious you may have been able to go right into a lucid dream... lucky lol

      Oh wow, well thanks all of you. I noticed that I can do this pretty much whenever I want, so hopefully it will help me with lucid dreaming =D

      How do you do it whenever you want? Does it just happen naturally when you nap? Or do you put yourself in some state of mind to make it happen?

      Well I just lie down and let it happen. Now that I've looked it up I have a better method to it.
