Thread: What is it called when I lucid without pre-planned visualizing?

As it stands, I use audio programs like hemisync, and brainwave tapes to attain lucidity, and I remember most of my dreams; yet most of this Lucid dreams are random without any pre planned visualization, so is this still Lucid or is it something else?


I have been on my spiritual path very strongly for last 6 months now, and have gone to sources from all over the world to seek what they call the Truth, would this seeking create new visualizations and imagination to be brought back as I connect to my unconscious?
