Yes. How are you going to tie this in with lucid dreaming? (I think I have an idea...)

      Sometimes I do.

I find I can have my MP3 up really loud and still fall to sleep/

Are you planning on using a specific song, or an encoded message? (A message sounds like your best bet)

I've heard of people using MP3's that say things like "You are dreaming." but I don't know if it works.

Ive tried, usually Its hard for me to fall asleep (due to the headphones). One time a lucid dreaming track I was listening to carried over into the dream, but I still didnt become lucid

I sometimes listen to musicf as I fall asleep, but I usually have to shut it off because it keeps me awake. Even the sleep/meditation/LD music. And what's even more annoying is when I'm starting to fall asleep, and I'm at the point where my eyes are involuntarily closed but I'm still thinking... and the silent track ends. Anyway, on the rare occasions that I manage to have music playing while asleep, it doesn't seem top affect my dreams.
