      Retrying lucids

Over this spring I became very interested in lucid dreams and did a lot of research and even had a few, but they were either short or wasted convincing dc's that it was a dream. Anyway, midway through the summer I sort of gave up on lucid dreaming and i am now getting back into it, any tips on how to jump start my lucid experiences since i'm not entirely new to lucid dreams, just a little rusty.

      Thanks
A 3rd had just been made and we were swimming in the water didn't know then was it a son was it a daughter and it occurred to me that the animals were swimming around in the water in the oceans in our bodies and another had been found another ocean on the planet given that our blood is just like the atlantic. and how.

I suggest starting up a dream journal, if you stopped keeping one. This will help you remember many of your dreams and help your dreams become more vivid in general. Plus reading through your past dreams will help your waking mind (lucid mind) become familiar with how dreams look and feel, which will give you an increased chance of becoming lucid.
