      you best RC?

hey everyone. i was just pondering the best way for everyone to RC. my favourite RC never fails: i plug my nose, and if i can still breathe, i instantly go lucid.
Do not try and bend the spoon--that's impossible. Instead only try and realize the truth...there is no spoon. Then you will see that it is not the spoon that bends

      it is only yourself

finger through palm and count the fingers/look at hand, looking at digital time and text also helps occasionally in dreams. But for RCing in real life I tend to stick with the hands, occasionally looking at the time. It varies though, over time I'll get tired of one and shift to another lol

I use the hand RC most and it's the only one that has made me lucid without realizing it before hand. My favorite is the nose RC though. It just feels so cool.

I tend to use the noseplug more often.

I do 4 at any one time, to be extra sure. And so I don't hurt myself, I start doing subtle, safe things. My RC's are:

      One-eye Nose View
      Plugged Nose
      Finger thru Palm
      Pinch
(and occasionally the finger count. It worked once).

      In that order.
      dilds: 19
      wilds: 0 / filds: 0 / hilds: 0 (and never will) / FA: 0
      deilds: 2 / mfgs: 0 / vilds: 0 / FA-Nonlucid: 2
