"Dreams are as portals. Flat visions of misty places. But I can write dreams!" - Myst Uru
Well, you can always wake up 3 mins earlier and write the important parts, then finish while on the bus, that way, even if you forget, the important part will be there and help you to remember. |

Dream Recall is best right after you wake up, but as you focus on remembering dreams you don't necessarily have to keep a detailed dream journal. (Don't get me wrong, if you can discipline yourself to keep one you're giving yourself a great tool to increase dream recognition). |

Either I write them down on a regular notebook, or I write them down on my hand throughout the day. |

Bollocks.
The best time to write in your journal is no doubt right after you wake up. |

REALITY CHECK
Wow, you guys are good. I can only remember my dreams for the first few minutes after I wake up. At least it's an improvement over my previous record of forgeting my dreams before I can turn off my alarm. Then again, I haven't been trying for very long and I still have finals to worry about. |
|
Yea, I've been working on it for a while... If you write them down, eventually you'll get better. It takes time though. |

Bollocks.
Over the summer I wasable to remember them for a whole day without writing them down, but now I can harly remember anythig. =( But I started an online dream journal last nigt... Hopefully that willl help =) |

the proccess of saying your dreams out loud or writting them down. makes the dreams go from your imagination to reality. |
|
another solution is to drink a lot of water before you go to bed- this will cause you to wake up earlier of your own accord- no alarm- thus you will have ample time to lye in bed remembering them and writing em down before going to the loo. |
